Michael Smith

mike smith Michael is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and attended The University of Missouri School of Law. He spent the first several years of his career practicing law in Jefferson City and Kansas City before returning home to work as an attorney in St. Louis.

Michael has represented clients in Federal and state courts in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and surrounding states. He has tried and argued cases on appeal in both Federal and state courts, including the Missouri Supreme Court. Michael’s experience spans cases involving trucking and motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, contract and commercial disputes, premises liability, product liability, personal injury and wrongful death actions.

Perhaps most importantly, Michael brings a proven track record of professional excellence to each client’s case.
