She has helped them with both their litigation and transactional needs. With each of her clients, she is passionate and committed to helping them achieve their ultimate goal.
Tricia’s practice at Smith Mueller continues this tradition of focusing on all aspects of her clients’ needs by assisting them in both litigation and corporate and transactional law. She has represented her clients in federal and state court cases involving medical malpractice, personal injury, birth trauma, premises liability, product liability, and contract and commercial issues at both the trial and appellate court levels. She has also helped her clients at administrative law hearings.
When it comes to transactional concerns, Tricia provides her clients with successful results so that their careers and businesses are equally successful. Whether it is an individual negotiating his or her employment contract, a small company needing corporate documents, such as operating agreements or non-competition contracts, or a large corporation wishing to finalize a service or vendor agreement, Tricia uses her experience as a litigator to help them achieve a satisfactory end. Further because of the ever-evolving changes with HIPAA and other areas of health law, Tricia helps her clients navigate how to remain compliant with the law. Due to her broad base of knowledge and experience, Tricia Mueller has been asked to serve as counsel for a number of professional organizations over the years.
She would love to help you with your legal issues or corporate concerns as well.
